Accelerating towards the ‘Energularity’: the ‘Energy Singularity’ Revolution

The energy industry is experiencing a massive disruption, and we need to consider the true costs of this historic energy transition. We are moving fast from fossil fuels to rewnewable energy, from the important to the urgent. This is what I call the ‘Energy Singularity’ or ‘Energularity’, the time when we reach Civilization Type 1 according to astrophysicist Nikola Kardachev. By 2045, we will have reached the ‘Technological Singularity’ and also the ‘Energularity’.
