Ricardo Ferrero has 25+ years of cross-industry (Bank, Telecom, Oil&Gas, Consultancy and Software Development) experience in executive positions in Information Technology, New Product Introduction, Customer Support, Operations, Program Management, Managed Services, Sales, Business Development and Marketing areas.

Ricardo is currently the VP, Chief Business Officer within INNOCV Solutions, where he is responsible for the full go-to-market life-cycle, from Market Analysis to Marketing/Sales Strategy and Tactics. In his day-to-day, Ricardo and his team search and analyzes business opportunities as well as, key partnerships and competitors threads, provide segmentation and targeting based on customer/market needs, and effectively executes the marketing/sales plans while managing the heads of the different lines of business to meet their objectives.

Prior to his current position, Ricardo has also worked in the consulting business for over 3 years, in BAKER HUGHES Incorporated (Oil & Gas) in the CIO office and Remote Operations/Digital Oilfield for 7 years, in MOTOROLA (Telco) in different technology leadership positions related to New Product Introduction and Managed Services for over 12 years, and started his career working 5 years in BBVA bank in different IT private banking related positions.

Ricardo obtained a MSc in Computer/Software engineering in the ICAI Engineering school. He is an MBA graduate and has successfully completed executive programs at INSEAD Business School such as Transition to General Management and Advance Industrial Marketing Strategy, which he has complemented with a Digital Transformation program in MIT and is currently a PhD. student focused on Process Mining as a key factor to achieve Operational Excellence, hence maximize companies efficiencies for value creation. Ricardo is fluent in both, English and Spanish
