Carlos has over a decade of experience on the digital marketing, ecosystem, covering most of the own, gain and paid channels and the technologies involved to deliver and track those channels. For the last 6 years, Carlos has been focused on the technologies that help optimize the customer experience, from online to offline, covering the end to end customer journey. Currently, he is the Go To Market lead on Customer Journey Management for the Western European region.
Carlos has a degree on Business from ITESM and ICHEC and holds a Masters degree on Marketing from IE.
